Co-founder of Catalyst Solutions, Dragos has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources field, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing.
During his career, he has worked with local and multinational companies from various industries: telecommunications and technology, FMCG, consulting, banking, engineering, retail and BPO.
He has a deep understanding of business dynamics and challenges and has the capacity to design tailored solutions in order to meet the company’s employer branding and recruitment needs.

I am focused on building strong technology events and to grow successful brands and the power of exchanging valuable ideas. Whether it’s driving the growth of DevTalks professional networking scene or leading expansion within our IT&C community events, I love the challenge of starting with something newly formed and searching the right strategy, working with the best people in my team, and always plotting a course to drive the well deserved results.

Outside of my “day job” of leading a great team and developing Dev events, I’ve also been an active advocate of various technology projects and plans and I try to be a frequent MC on this topics. I’m grateful to my many mentors along the way who helped me gain the confidence to lead, and I try to give back by sharing my experiences with others.
