Each year we give you two editions of the biggest career fair in Bucharest and Timisoara, and Online on a national scale. Taking part in Angajatori de TOP is the perfect opportunity to strengthen your employer brand among professionals & students and interact with your talent pools through the complex communication campaign. Angajatori de TOP – Timisoara, Bucuresti & Online

We know how much human interaction has been lacking lately, which is why we decided to bring back Angajatori de TOP in person to Timisoara and Bucharest. We still want to support the efforts of partner companies operating in other geographical areas than those proposed, so we have also the option to participate in the event online!

For the upcoming edition:

  • Timisoara event – we expected over 60 partner companies and more than 2.500 visitors;
  • Bucharest event – we are bringing together over 100 partner companies and more than 7.000 visitors;
  • Online event – we propose to have over 25 partners and more than 150.000 unique visitors.

How do we do it?

  • 2 days of direct interaction through offline booths, workshops, conference in Bucharest and Timisoara;
  • 30 days of interactions at our virtual platform Hipo.ro.
  • National campaign supported by a mix of wide and very narrow tactics.
